Marianne Raigipcien Jean-Baptiste is an English actress born on April 26, 1967. She rose to prominence with her role in the 1996 comedy-drama film Secrets & Lies, where she received critical acclaim and nominations for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress, Golden Globe, and BAFTA Award. Jean-Baptiste is also recognized for her portrayal of Vivian Johnson in the television series Without a Trace from 2002 to 2009. She has appeared in various TV shows including Blindspot (2015–2016) and Homecoming (2018). Born in London to a mother from Antigua and a father from Saint Lucia, Jean-Baptiste received classical training at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and performed at the Royal National Theatre.
