Maribeth Monroe (born March 25, 1978) is an American actress, writer, and comedian. She gained recognition for her roles as Alice Murphy on Comedy Central's sitcom Workaholics, Mindy St. Claire on NBC's sitcom The Good Place, and Christina Wheeler on CBS' sitcom Bob Hearts Abishola. Besides her television work, Monroe has also appeared in several films including The Back-up Plan (2010), Keeping Up with the Joneses (2016), Downsizing (2017), and Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle (2017). She started her career at The Second City, performing in both Chicago and Detroit. Monroe has made guest appearances on various TV shows such as Parks and Recreation, The Big Bang Theory, Modern Family, and Key & Peele.
