Marilu Henner

Marilu Henner (born April 6, 1952) is an American actress. She gained recognition for her role as Elaine O'Connor Nardo in the sitcom Taxi from 1978 to 1983, which earned her five Golden Globe Award nominations. Henner's career began with her appearance in the musical Grease in 1971, followed by her screen debut in the film Between the Lines (1977). She went on to have co-starring roles in various films such as Hammett (1982), The Man Who Loved Women (1983), and L.A. Story (1991). Henner also had a starring role in the CBS sitcom Evening Shade (1990–1994) and appeared in numerous television films. She continues to be active in the entertainment industry.
