Marjaana Maijala is a Finnish actress, known for her work in feature films and television series. Born on October 28th in Lahti, Finland, she made her film debut in 1994 with 'Kissan kuolema.' Maijala gained recognition for her role in the television series 'Pieni pala jumalaa' (1999), which earned her the Venla Award for Best Actress in television. She has appeared in notable Klaus Härö films, including 'Elina: As If I Wasn't There' (2002) and 'Mother of Mine' (2005). Maijala has also been part of the cast of the television series 'Kotikatu' and has appeared in films like 'Oma maa' (2018) and 'The Blind Man Who Did Not Want to See Titanic' (2021). She graduated from the Helsinki Theatre Academy in 2000.
