Mark Elderkin Biography
Mark Elderkin (born September 27, 1963) is an American entrepreneur and former president of PlanetOut Inc. He co-founded Gay.com in 1994 alongside his husband Jeff O. Bennett. Elderkin retired from PlanetOut Inc. in 2006 and went on to establish Gay Ad Network in 2007, which was recognized as one of the fastest growing private companies in America. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Elderkin showcased his talent as a child prodigy of the clarinet. He holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business and a BS in Systems Engineering from Boston University. Elderkin currently resides in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida with his husband Jeff and their daughter Chloe.
