Mark Hamill

Mark Richard Hamill (born September 25, 1951) is an American actor, voice artist, and writer. He gained worldwide fame for his portrayal of Luke Skywalker in the Star Wars franchise, starting with the original 1977 film. Hamill has won three Saturn Awards for his performances in The Empire Strikes Back (1980), Return of the Jedi (1983), and The Last Jedi (2017). In addition to Star Wars, he has appeared in films such as Corvette Summer (1978) and The Big Red One (1980). Hamill has also made a significant impact in animation and video games as the voice of the Joker in various DC Comics projects, as well as other notable roles in Spider-Man: The Animated Series, Avatar: The Last Airbender, and Regular Show.
