Mark Jacoby Biography
Mark Jacoby (born May 21, 1947) is an American actor known for his work in musical theatre. He has had leading roles in several Broadway productions, including Show Boat, The Phantom of the Opera, and Ragtime. Jacoby has also performed extensively in national tours, regional theatre, and Off-Broadway. His notable Broadway credits include Sweet Charity, Grand Hotel, Man of La Mancha, and Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street. Jacoby received a Tony Award nomination for his performance in Show Boat in 1994. He has also appeared in TV shows such as Law & Order. Jacoby is currently playing Neil Diamond in the musical A Beautiful Noise, The Neil Diamond Musical.
