    Mark McGann is an English actor known for his diverse range of roles in both theater and television. Born on July 12, 1961, in Liverpool, McGann attended De La Salle Grammar School. With a talented family of actors, including brothers Paul, Stephen, and Joe, as well as a sister named Clare, McGann was destined for the stage. His breakthrough role came in 1981 when he portrayed the eponymous hero in the theatrical production of Lennon. This success led to a nomination for the Olivier Award for Best Actor. McGann also appeared on television in shows such as Recording Studio and Moving On The Edge. His notable role as John Lennon was reprised in the television film John and Yoko: A Love Story.
