Mark Andreas Sheppard (born 30 May 1964) is an English actor and musician. He is best known for his role as the demon/King of Hell Crowley on the television show Supernatural. Sheppard has also had recurring roles on popular shows such as Battlestar Galactica, where he played lawyer Romo Lampkin; Leverage, where he portrayed Interpol investigator James Sterling; and Firefly, where he played small-time crime lord Badger. Born in London, Sheppard is the son of actor W. Morgan Sheppard and Regina Lisa Sheppard. In addition to his acting career, Sheppard has been a drummer, touring and recording with various bands throughout his teenage years.
