Marjorie Armstrong Post, professionally known as Markie Post (November 4, 1950 – August 7, 2021), was an American actress. She gained recognition for her roles in popular TV shows including Terri Michaels in The Fall Guy (1982-1985), Christine Sullivan in Night Court (1985-1992), Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman in Hearts Afire (1992-1995), and Barbara 'Bunny' Fletcher in Chicago P.D. (2014-2017). Born in Palo Alto, California, Post was the daughter of physicist Richard F. Post and poet Marylee Armstrong. She attended Las Lomas High School and later studied at Lewis & Clark College. Post made significant contributions to the entertainment industry throughout her career.
