Marshall Manesh Biography
Marshall Manesh (born August 16, 1950) is an Iranian-American actor known for his appearances in over 100 feature films, numerous television projects, and more than 40 commercials. He made his debut in the film industry with a role in James Cameron's True Lies. Manesh has had recurring roles on popular TV shows such as Will & Grace, Scrubs, Hot in Cleveland, and Boston Legal. However, his most notable role was as taxi driver Ranjit on the hit sitcom How I Met Your Mother, where he delivered lines in both English and his native Persian. Additionally, Manesh has guest-starred on various shows, including Burn Notice, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, and The X-Files.
