Marta Alicia Martin, born on September 10, 1966, is an American television and film actress. She was born in Medina, Ohio and has partial Mexican heritage. At the age of 19, Martin moved to California, where she began her acting career. In 1987, she landed her first film role in 'Mindwarp' alongside Bruce Campbell. Throughout the 1990s, Martin guest-starred in various network sitcoms and dramas, including 'NYPD Blue,' 'Dharma & Greg,' 'Players,' and 'Ned & Stacey.' She was also part of the original cast of 'Brothers & Sisters.' Martin's most recent television work was in the 2007 Lifetime movie 'Christmas in Paradise.'
