McGlynn has voiced characters such as Lieutenant Matilda in Mobile Suit Gundam I (1981), Motoko Kusanagi in Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, and Cornelia li Britannia in Code Geass. She has also lent her voice to video game characters like Maria and Mary Shepherd-Sunderland in Silent Hill 2 and Nina Williams in the Tekken series.
