Born in Philadelphia, Testa moved to Rhode Island at a young age and studied acting at the University of Rhode Island. In 1976, she made the bold decision to move to New York City to pursue her performing career. Testa's impressive career includes notable Broadway roles such as Joyce Heth in 'Barnum' (1982) and Domina in 'A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum' (1996–1997). She continues to captivate audiences with her remarkable talent.
