Mary Woronov (born December 8, 1943) is an American actress, writer, and figurative painter. She gained recognition as a 'cult star' for her collaborations with Andy Warhol and her appearances in Roger Corman's cult films. With over 80 movie credits, Woronov is known for her versatile acting skills. She has also showcased her talent on stage at Lincoln Center and off-Broadway, as well as in various mainstream American TV series like Charlie's Angels and Knight Rider. A close friend and frequent collaborator of Paul Bartel, she appeared alongside him in 17 films, often portraying a married couple. Born prematurely in Palm Beach, Florida, Woronov overcame early medical challenges to become a celebrated figure in the entertainment industry.
