Mat Vairo

Mat Vairo is an American actor, singer, and songwriter. He began his career in 2012, starring as Melchior Gabor in the musical Spring Awakening. Vairo has since appeared in numerous television series and films, showcasing his versatile acting skills. He made his television series regular debut in The Returned for A+E and Netflix, portraying the character Simon Moran. Vairo also had a recurring role as Connor Bennett in the popular NBC series Revolution. Additionally, he appeared in the second season of Netflix and Marvel's Jessica Jones as Stirling Adams, Jessica's first boyfriend. Notable credits also include Derek Ruvelle in the CW's Jane The Virgin and his current recurring role as Scott Coleman on The Bold Type.
