Matt Kane

Matt Kane, born on 18 January 1991, is an English-American actor, writer, and director known for his work in television and film. He was born in Bristol and attended The Castle School before honing his acting skills at the ITV West Television Workshop. Kane gained recognition for his portrayal of Stephen Mackinnon in the BBC teen drama series The Cut, starring in the first two seasons. He also appeared in notable shows such as Casualty, Skins, Switched at Birth, and Once Upon a Time, showcasing his versatility as an actor. In 2019, Kane made his feature directorial debut with the film Auggie, released by Samuel Goldwyn Films.
