Matthew Letscher is an American actor, director, and playwright. He is known for his roles in various films and TV shows. Letscher portrayed Captain Harrison Love in the 1998 American swashbuckler film The Mask of Zorro and Colonel Adelbert Ames in the 2003 American film Gods and Generals. He also appeared in the 2016 film 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi as Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens. In addition to his film work, Letscher is recognized for playing the character Eobard Thawne, also known as Reverse-Flash, in the TV series The Flash and Legends of Tomorrow. Letscher studied drama at the University of Michigan before pursuing his acting career in Los Angeles.
