John Matthew Atkinson, born December 27, 1987, is an American actor and musician known for his work in television and film. Atkinson was born in Marietta, Georgia and grew up in various locations, including Alabama, Mississippi, and Kennesaw, Georgia. He began pursuing acting while attending college in Atlanta and later moved to Los Angeles to further his career. Atkinson made his television debut on the drama series One Tree Hill and also appeared in the film The Blind Side. He has had guest roles in shows such as CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and Drop Dead Diva. Atkinson gained recognition for his roles as Nick Fadden in Jane by Design, Austin Travers on The Young and the Restless, Finn in The Middle, and Jason in Young & Hungry. He joined the cast of The Bold and the Beautiful as Thomas Forrester in March 2019.
