Matthew Stocke is an American stage and television actor, born on December 21, 1971, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He relocated to New York City in 1996 to pursue his professional career and educational company. Stocke graduated from the Carnegie Mellon College of Fine Arts in 1995 with a BFA in Acting/Musical Theatre. He occasionally returns to the college as a guest instructor. Stocke has made notable appearances on the Tony Awards and The Today Show. He has also guest starred on popular television shows such as '30 Rock,' 'The Sopranos,' 'Conviction,' 'Law & Order,' 'Law & Order: SVU,' and 'Chappelle's Show.' Recently, Stocke portrayed the Technician in two episodes of 'The Americans' on the FX Network. He has also contributed his voice to various original cast recordings like 'Giant,' 'The Wedding Singer,' 'The Boy from Oz,' and 'The Full Monty.'
