Mayim Bialik

Mayim Chaya Bialik (born December 12, 1975) is an American actress, game show host, and author. She rose to fame from 1991 to 1995 as the title character in the NBC sitcom Blossom. Bialik gained further recognition for her portrayal of neuroscientist Amy Farrah Fowler on the CBS sitcom The Big Bang Theory from 2010 to 2019, earning multiple award nominations. In addition to her acting career, Bialik is an author and has written books on parenting and neuroscience. She also took on the role of hosting the primetime version of Jeopardy! in August 2021, alongside Ken Jennings, following the departure of Mike Richards.
