Robert Rihmeek Williams, known professionally as Meek Mill, is an American rapper. Born on May 6, 1987, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Meek Mill began his music career as a battle rapper and later formed the rap group The Bloodhoundz. He signed his first record deal with T.I. in 2008 and then joined Rick Ross's Maybach Music Group in 2011. Meek Mill's debut studio album, Dreams and Nightmares, was released in 2012 and reached number two on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart. He gained mainstream recognition through his appearances on MMG's Self Made compilation album and has since released several successful albums, including Dreams Worth More Than Money.
