Meg Tilly Biography
Meg Tilly (born February 14, 1960) is a Canadian-American actress and writer. She gained recognition for her role in the 1985 film Agnes of God, winning a Golden Globe Award and receiving an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress. Tilly's notable film credits include Psycho II (1983), The Big Chill (1983), Masquerade (1988), and Valmont (1989). She also achieved acclaim for her lead role in the television series Bomb Girls (2012–2013), winning the 2013 Canadian Screen Award for Best Lead Actress in a Drama Series. In addition to her acting career, Tilly has written several novels, including the Sheila A. Egoff Children's Literature Prize finalist, Porcupine (2007). Born in Long Beach, California, Tilly is the younger sister of actress Jennifer Tilly.
