Meganne Young

Meganne Young (born 22 March 1990) is a South African actress and director. She gained recognition for her roles in The Kissing Booth franchise and the Starz series Black Sails. Born in Cape Town to a South African father and Australian mother, Young had a diverse upbringing, living in Nigeria, Switzerland, and Sri Lanka. She pursued an Advanced Diploma in Acting at CityVarsity Cape Town and graduated from the Guildford School of Acting in England. Young started her career in theatre and short films, receiving nominations for her work. She appeared in the film Eye in the Sky and made guest appearances on Supernatural and Legends of Tomorrow.
