Michael Ausiello (born February 23, 1972) is an American television industry journalist, author, and actor. He gained recognition as a senior writer at TV Guide and its companion website, TVGuide.com, from 2000 to 2008. Following this, he wrote and reported for Entertainment Weekly until 2010, before establishing his own television news site, TVLine. Ausiello, a graduate of the University of Southern California, also served as the senior news editor of Soaps In Depth magazine and worked as a media relations coordinator at Entertainment Tonight. He published a memoir in 2017 titled Spoiler Alert: The Hero Dies. Throughout his career, Ausiello has contributed extensively to TV Guide, both in print and online, with popular columns such as The Ausiello Report and Ask Ausiello.
