Michael Chiklis Biography
Michael Chiklis is an American actor, television director, television producer, and musician. He gained recognition for his portrayal of Los Angeles Police Department Detective Vic Mackey in the FX police drama series The Shield, for which he won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series in 2002. Chiklis has had several notable television roles, including Commissioner Tony Scali in The Commish, Chris Woods in Daddio, Jim Powell in No Ordinary Family, Vincent Savino in Vegas, Dell Toledo in American Horror Story: Freak Show, and Nathaniel Barnes in Gotham. In film, he is known for playing The Thing in the Fantastic Four films and has also appeared in Eagle Eye, When the Game Stands Tall, and Hubie Halloween.
