Dorman has also appeared in other notable projects including the Australian TV comedy-drama Wonderland and the horror film The Invisible Man. He has had supporting roles in TV shows like The Secret Life of Us and films such as West. In 2021, he was announced as the lead in the Joe Pickett TV series. Additionally, Dorman has been cast as Gol D. Roger in Netflix's One Piece series.
