Michael E. Knight Biography
Michael E. Knight is an American actor, born on May 7, 1959, in Princeton, New Jersey. He is best known for his role as Tad Martin on the ABC soap opera All My Children. Knight attended The Thacher School in Ojai, California, and graduated from Wesleyan University in 1980. He first portrayed Tad Martin on All My Children from 1982 to 1986, returning for additional stints from 1988 to 1990 and again from 1992 until the series finale in 2011. Knight also appeared as Ted Orsini on AMC from 1993 to 1994. He has made various appearances in primetime shows like Murder, She Wrote, Dear John, and Grapevine, as well as starring in the feature film Date with an Angel (1987).
