Michael Jace Biography
Michael Jace (born July 13, 1962) is an American actor, most notably recognized for his role as Los Angeles Police Officer Julien Lowe in the FX drama The Shield. He also appeared as Andre Tibbs, an ex-convict mover accused of murder, in an episode of Cold Case. Jace began his acting career in 1992 with an appearance on Law & Order. His film credits include Clear and Present Danger, Forrest Gump, Strange Days, The Replacements, and The Great White Hype. Unfortunately, Jace's personal life took a tragic turn when he was arrested in 2014 for the murder of his wife, April Jace. He was convicted of second-degree murder in 2016 and sentenced to 40 years to life in prison.
