Michael Parks (born Harry Samuel Parks) (April 24, 1940 – May 9, 2017) was an American singer and actor. He gained recognition for his role in the 1969–1970 series Then Came Bronson and later for his work with filmmakers such as Quentin Tarantino, Robert Rodriguez, and Kevin Smith. Parks appeared in numerous films and made frequent television appearances throughout his career. He was born in Corona, California and had a varied work history before finding success in acting. Parks married five times, with his marriages producing children. He passed away on May 9, 2017.
