Michael Riley is a Canadian actor born on February 4, 1962, in London, Ontario. He graduated from the National Theatre School in Montreal in 1984. Riley has appeared in over 40 films and television series, including the Emmy-nominated Supervolcano and the Gemini Award-winning This Is Wonderland. He is well-known for his portrayal of Brett Parker in the series Power Play from 1998 to 2000. In 2009, he played a leading character in the CBC Television series Being Erica. Riley received a Dora Mavor Moore Award nomination for his stage performance in George F. Walker's Nothing Sacred in 1988. Additionally, he has lent his voice to the animated character Ace Lightning.
