Michael Shaeffer Biography
Michael Shaeffer is an English actor born on January 21, 1975. He is best known for his roles in various BBC television series. In the political-thriller series Bodyguard (2018), he portrayed the character 'Longcross', while in the mystery thriller The ABC Murders (2018), he played Sergeant Yelland. Shaeffer also appeared in the fact-based drama The Salisbury Poisonings (2020) as Stephen Kemp. In addition to his television work, Shaeffer has been cast in the upcoming verbatim theatre project 'Grenfell' by author and playwright Gillian Slovo. The project will be staged at the National Theatre's Dorfman Theatre in London during the summer of 2023.
