Michael Theo

Michael Theo (Theoklitos) is an Australian goalkeeper and the current goalkeeping coach at A-League club Western United FC. Born on February 11, 1981, he started his career in the Victorian Premier League (VPL) with Bulleen Zebras. He later played for South Melbourne FC and Football Kingz FC, where he made 20 appearances in the National Soccer League. In 2002, he was signed by Blackpool FC but only played in three games due to injury. Theo returned to Australia and rejoined Bulleen, helping them win the 2004 VPL final with his penalty saves. He then joined Melbourne Victory FC for their inaugural season in the 2005/06 A-League.
