    Michel Gill Biography
    Michel Gill, also known as Michael Gill, is an American actor born on April 16, 1960. He is best known for his role as President Garrett Walker in the popular Netflix series House of Cards and as Gideon Goddard on Mr. Robot. Gill is a first generation American, born to Jewish parents who escaped the Holocaust. His first language is French. He attended Aiglon College, a prestigious boarding school in Switzerland, and later studied at Tufts University before transferring and graduating from the Juilliard School in 1985. Some of his notable film appearances include Afflicted (2013), Condemned (2015), and Who Killed JonBenét? (2016). Gill is married to fellow House of Cards actor Jayne Atkinson, and they have a son together. They currently reside in the Berkshires.
