Michele Lee (born Michele Lee Dusick; June 24, 1942) is an American actress, singer, dancer, producer, and director. She is best known for her portrayal of Karen Fairgate MacKenzie on the prime-time soap opera Knots Landing, appearing in all 344 episodes of the series. Lee began her career on Broadway in Vintage 60 (1960) and How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying (1961). She made her film debut in the 1967 movie adaptation of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. Other notable film appearances include The Love Bug (1968), The Comic (1969), and Along Came Polly (2004). Lee has been nominated for multiple awards throughout her career, including a Tony Award nomination for Seesaw (1974) and a Tony Award nomination for The Tale of the Allergist's Wife (2001).
