Michelle Fairley

Michelle Fairley is an actress from Northern Ireland, born around 1964-1965. She gained recognition for her portrayal of Catelyn Stark in the popular HBO series Game of Thrones from 2011 to 2013. Fairley has also appeared in various other television shows, such as Suits (2013), 24: Live Another Day (2014), Rebellion (2016), The Feed (2019), and Gangs of London (2020-). She has made notable guest appearances in British TV shows like The Bill, Holby City, and Casualty. Fairley's father owned Fairley's Bar and several off-licences in Northern Ireland during The Troubles, where people from both Catholic and Protestant communities frequented. She began her career with roles like Cathy Michaels in Inspector Morse and Nancy Phelan in Lovejoy.
