Michelle Mitchenor

Michelle Mitchenor is an American actress known for her roles in both television and film. She gained recognition for portraying Detective Sonya Bailey in the popular FOX action comedy-drama series, Lethal Weapon. Mitchenor also appeared as Jayla Wright in the TV adaptation of 'First Wives Club' and played the character of Indigo in Spike Lee's musical-drama film, Chi-Raq. She attended Ocean County Performing Arts Academy High School in New Jersey, where she studied dancing and acting. Mitchenor further honed her skills and obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in dancing from Towson University. With her talent and versatility, Mitchenor continues to make a notable impact in the entertainment industry.
