Mickey Avalon

Mickey Avalon (born Yeshe Perl; December 3, 1975) is an American rapper from California. He gained popularity with his self-titled solo album released in 2006. The album, released on Interscope/Shoot to Kill Records in association with MySpace Records, showcased Avalon's unique style and frequent exploration of personal experiences, including substance abuse and prostitution. Raised in a Jewish family, Avalon had a challenging upbringing, with his father's tragic accident impacting his life significantly. Despite the difficulties, Avalon found solace in music and embarked on a successful career. Alongside his musical pursuits, Avalon has also been open about his past involvement in sex work and drug dealing.
