Mikaela Hoover

Mikaela Hoover is an American actress of Iranian, Italian, and Spanish descent. Born on July 12, 1984, in Colbert, Washington, she displayed a passion for performing from a young age, taking dance classes and starring in school plays. After being accepted into Loyola Marymount University's theatre program, Hoover graduated with a bachelor's degree in theatre. Her acting career began in 2007 with a role in the movie Frank, followed by a leading role in Sorority Forever. She caught the attention of James Gunn and was cast in Humanzee and later offered the lead role in the James Gunn and Peter Safran Xbox show Sparky & Mikaela. She has appeared in various productions, including How I Met Your Mother and the James Gunn movie Super.
