Mike Bocchetti Biography
Mike Bocchetti (born April 3, 1961) is an American stand-up comedian, actor, and writer from Staten Island, New York. He is most notable for his role as the announcer on The Artie Lange Show from 2012 to 2014. Bocchetti released a comedy album, Thank You, on Stand Up! Records in 2019. Born into a Catholic Italian family with a humble blue-collar background, he graduated from Tottenville High School in 1979. Inspired by Redd Foxx, Bocchetti pursued a career in comedy after realizing that audiences were laughing with Foxx. Despite a brief stint in the Marines, he has become a regular performer on New York-area stages since 1992.
