Mike Rianda

Mike Rianda (born June 17, 1984) is an American cartoonist, director, screenwriter, and voice actor. He is best known for his work on the Emmy Award-winning Disney Channel animated series Gravity Falls, where he served as a creative director, writer, and voice actor. Rianda made his feature directorial debut with the film The Mitchells vs. the Machines (2021), which he also co-wrote and co-starred in. The film received critical acclaim and earned him a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature. Rianda began his career studying character animation at the California Institute of the Arts and directed two short films during his time there. He continues to be a prominent figure in the animation industry.
