Mike Starr

Mike Starr (born July 29, 1950) is an American character actor known for his tall and burly physique and deep voice. He often portrays mobsters, police officers, blue-collar workers, or tough guys in films and television shows. Starr was a regular cast member on the soap opera The Young and the Restless and the sitcom Ed. He has appeared in several notable films including Goodfellas, Dumb and Dumber, and Billy Bathgate. Born in Queens, New York, Starr grew up in Flushing and comes from Irish and Polish descent. Some of his other notable film credits include The Bodyguard, Ed Wood, Miller's Crossing, Jersey Girl, Cabin Boy, The Last Dragon, and The Ice Harvest.
