Milena Govich

Milena Govich is an American actress, director, singer, dancer, and musician. She is best known for her role as NYPD Detective Nina Cassady on the television series Law & Order. Milena was born in Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma. Her father, Dr. Bruce Michael Govich, who passed away in 1998, was Serbian, and her mother, Dr. Marilyn Green Govich, is of Scottish and English ancestry. Milena's aunt, Milica Govich, is also an actress. She graduated as valedictorian from Norman High School in 1995 and later graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a double-degree in performance and pre-medical studies, along with a minor in dance and violin.
