Known for his comedic skits and commentary on gender identity and LGBTQ issues, McKenna has gained over one million subscribers on YouTube. As a trans man, he has openly shared his journey of coming out and transitioning, discussing topics such as hormone replacement therapy and top surgery. Growing up in a strict religious family in Orange County, California, McKenna began making confessional-style videos in 2011. His friends' description of him as 'a boy trapped in a girl's body' led to a realization of his own identity crisis, and he came out in 2015.
