Miles Richardson Biography
Miles Richardson (born 15 July 1963) is a British actor known for his work in stage and screen productions. Born in Battersea, London, he comes from a notable theatrical family, with his parents Ian Richardson and Maroussia Frank being founder members of the Royal Shakespeare Company. Richardson's maternal great grandfather was the Russian philosopher Semyon Lyudvigovich Frank. He was educated in London, Stratford-upon-Avon, and New York. Richardson began his acting career as a child actor for the Royal Shakespeare Company. He has appeared in over 80 plays, including A Midsummer Night's Dream. Richardson has also worked extensively in repertory theatre throughout the United Kingdom. In 2009, he placed his father's ashes in the newly refurbished Royal Shakespeare Company's theatre in Stratford-upon-Avon.
