Mina Anwar

Mina Mumtaz Anwar, born on September 20, 1969, is a British actress and singer known for her roles as Constable Maggie Habib in 'The Thin Blue Line' and Gita Chandra in 'The Sarah Jane Adventures.' Born in Church, Lancashire, to a Pakistani family, Anwar attended Accrington Moorhead High School and studied Theatre in Performance at Accrington and Rossendale College. She later trained at the Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in London. Anwar has also appeared in other TV shows like 'The Bill,' 'Doctors and Nurses,' and 'Scoop.' Additionally, she worked as the storyteller in 'Razzledazzle' on the CBeebies channel. Anwar has showcased her talent in various roles throughout her career.
