Miranda Raison

Miranda Caroline Raison is an English actress known for her roles in popular TV shows like Spooks (MI5) and HBO's Warrior. She gained critical acclaim for originating the title role in Howard Brenton's Anne Boleyn at Shakespeare's Globe Theatre and playing Hermione in Kenneth Branagh's production of The Winter's Tale. Raison is also a prolific voice artist. Born in Burnham Thorpe, she comes from a family with a background in the arts, including her mother, former Anglia News reader Caroline Raison, and her father, jazz pianist Nick Raison. Raison attended several boarding schools, including Gresham's School and Stowe School, with her education funded by her grandfather.
