Missy Higgins

Melissa Morrison Higgins, known professionally as Missy Higgins, is an Australian singer-songwriter and musician. Born on August 19, 1983, Higgins has achieved great success with several number-one albums in Australia, including 'The Sound of White' (2004), 'On a Clear Night' (2007), and 'The Ol' Razzle Dazzle' (2012). Her popular singles include 'Scar,' 'Steer,' and 'Where I Stood.' Over the years, Higgins has been honored with numerous ARIA Music Awards, winning a total of seven. In addition to her music career, Higgins is passionate about animal rights and the environment, and she strives to make her tours carbon neutral. She also made her acting debut in 2010.
