Misty May-Treanor

Misty May-Treanor is a retired American professional beach volleyball player. Born on July 30, 1977, she is a three-time Olympic gold medalist and holds the record for the most tournament wins, with 112 victories in domestic and international competition. May-Treanor achieved great success alongside her teammate Kerri Walsh Jennings, winning gold medals at the 2004, 2008, and 2012 Summer Olympics. They also won the FIVB Beach Volleyball World Championships in 2003, 2005, and 2007. Known for their incredible win streak of 112 consecutive matches, they are regarded as the greatest beach volleyball team of all time. Misty May-Treanor retired from competitive play in 2012 and was inducted into the Volleyball Hall of Fame in 2016.
