Mitzi McCall is an American comedian and actress known for her work in movies and TV shows. She debuted onstage at the Pittsburgh Playhouse in 1948 and gained national attention in 1952 through a story about a child with a cleft palate who spoke her first words while watching McCall in a pantomime on television. In the early 1950s, McCall had her own program called Kiddie Castle on KDKA-TV in Pittsburgh. She later appeared on Studio 10 in San Diego before making her way to Hollywood. McCall has appeared on popular TV shows such as Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In, Life Goes On, and Silk Stalkings. She has also provided voice work for animated series as Auntie M.
